loadDump - don't fail if OutputCurrentState fails

I have a non-standard dump which causes OutputCurrentState here to fail. It causes the loading of the dump to fail. I can send the dump privately.

Suggestion: if OutputCurrentState fails, don't fail dump loading. Perhaps only show a warning.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
